Sr Engineers, Machine Learning

T-Mobile is seeking Senior Machine Learning Engineers in Frisco, Texas to lead the development and deployment of large-scale machine learning and Generative AI systems. You will architect end-to-end ML pipelines, implement production AI systems on cloud platforms, and establish MLOps standards. This role involves mentoring teams and translating complex AI concepts for stakeholders.

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale ML and Generative AI systems
• Architect end-to-end ML pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud ML services
• Design and implement production AI systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agent architectures with RAG capabilities
• Establish and drive MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring
• Mentor data scientists and ML engineers, fostering best practices in GenAI development
