Machine Learning Scientist, BioML

Profluent is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist to research and develop AI models for protein design in biomedicine. This role involves working with large-scale biological data, prototyping new algorithms, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. As an early employee, you will significantly influence the company's ML direction.

• Design and develop state-of-the-art predictive and generative models
• Train specialized models using massive-scale protein and nucleic acid data
• Curate datasets and design tasks for rigorous model evaluation
• Collaborate with machine learning and protein design teams
• Implement, analyze, and interpret computational approaches
• PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant quantitative field
