Direct Sales Agent Specialist (1507)

Zendesk is seeking an Applied ML Scientist to build a customer intelligence layer that dynamically learns from customer behavior and revenue outcomes. You will own problems end-to-end, from formulating questions to deploying production systems, working with data engineers and analysts to drive business decisions through scalable ML solutions.

• Train, evaluate, and deploy models predicting revenue outcomes
• Design experiments to link customer signals to business results
• Build production ML pipelines that learn continuously
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including LLMs
• Define and track model performance in production
• Own models end-to-end from prototype to maintenance
