Machine Learning Scientist, Pretraining

Profluent is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist to research and develop large-scale deep learning models for protein design. This role involves working at the forefront of generative modeling and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to shape the company's ML direction.

• Design and develop state-of-the-art models for protein design
• Apply pretraining techniques to biomolecular deep learning
• Architect and optimize infrastructure for protein language models
• Curate datasets and design evaluation tasks
• Implement and analyze computational approaches
• Collaborate across biology and machine learning teams
