Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents for autonomous actions. You will collaborate with AI Architects and Data Scientists to build solutions for supply chain optimization and customer experience, impacting global operations.

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents
• Architect integration of AI agents with critical enterprise systems
• Drive development of advanced agent functionalities like reasoning chains and multi-agent collaboration
• Champion clean, efficient, and well-tested code, mentoring junior engineers
• Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for agent performance validation
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues related to model performance and data drift
