Raven StealthCo - Principal Scientist, Analytical Chemistry

Raven StealthCo, a biotech incubator backed by RA Capital, is seeking a Principal Scientist in Analytical Chemistry to develop and implement methods for characterizing oligonucleotide conjugates. This lab-based role will focus on advancing novel oligo-based therapies targeting tissues beyond the liver, muscle, and kidney.

• Develop analytical protocols for oligonucleotide characterization
• Implement QC methods for purity, composition, and concentration
• Develop MS methods for drug-to-conjugate ratios
• Develop methods for in vitro stability assessment
• Assist in lab build and equipment procurement
• Experience with oligonucleotide therapeutics (siRNA, ASOs)
