What we are looking for

Design, develop, and deploy AI software components including foundation models, LLM inference, and agentic workflows
Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, cost, and latency using state-of-the-art techniques
Partner with research scientists and engineers to advance AI capabilities in banking
Own end-to-end architecture for complex AI systems, ensuring reliability and ethical alignment
Leverage a broad stack of AI technologies including AWS, Huggingface, and VectorDBs
Mentor junior engineers on scalable design and research-to-production translation
