Employee Benefits Account Manager

Manage an assigned book of employee benefits business, focusing on client retention through professional and courteous service. You will oversee transaction processing, maintain client information, and mentor junior staff. This role requires a Life & Health insurance license and 2-5 years of benefits experience.

• Provide quality customer service to existing accounts
• Oversee preparation and implementation of all transactions and paperwork
• Manage a book of business
• Mentor, support, and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants
• Maintain accurate client information in account management systems
• Act in capacity of client manager on assigned middle market accounts
