Engineering Manager - Machine Learning

Lead the establishment and growth of REA's dedicated residential machine learning capability. You will build and manage a distributed team, shaping delivery across multiple product areas and setting technical standards for AI/ML solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the application of ML from the ground up within a high-performing, purpose-driven organization.

• Establish and lead a new dedicated residential ML team
• Shape ML delivery across multiple residential product tribes
• Provide technical leadership in ML, data science, and data engineering
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of contractors
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other AI teams
