Senior Research Scientist (Architectures Research)

Nebius is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to join their Architectures Research team. This role focuses on developing novel model architectures and methods to improve AI model efficiency, memory, and reasoning capabilities for real-world applications. You will conduct frontier applied research, design and evaluate architectural changes, and collaborate with engineering teams.

• Develop new model architectures and methods for AI
• Explore efficient, sparse, and adaptive attention mechanisms
• Research long-context models and persistent memory
• Design and evaluate architectural changes at scale
• Publish research and contribute to open-source models
• Mentor researchers and shape research direction
