Associate Director, Immunoassay Critical Reagents and Reference Materials

Vaxcyte is seeking an Associate Director to lead the development, qualification, and lifecycle management of critical reagents and reference materials for immunoassays. This onsite, laboratory-based role involves scientific and strategic leadership, active engagement in lab operations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position requires expertise in antibody generation, reagent qualification, and establishing robust systems for long-term supply continuity and analytical reliability.

• Lead development and lifecycle management of critical reagents and reference materials
• Provide scientific and strategic leadership for immunoassay support
