Lead Engineer, Machine Learning

Lead a team in building AI-native applications that bring intelligence to everyday tasks with minimal prompting. You will own the end-to-end machine learning systems, from data and training to inference and deployment, ensuring reliable and scalable production systems. This hands-on leadership role is for those passionate about the intersection of research, systems, and product.

• Own end-to-end ML systems from data to deployment
• Build and evolve training and fine-tuning pipelines for large models
• Design evaluation systems for capability, robustness, and safety
• Architect high-performance inference systems for low latency and cost efficiency
• Establish reliable production infrastructure for model deployment and monitoring
• Partner with research and engineering to drive product improvements
