About this role

RoboForce is seeking a Senior/Staff AI Research Scientist to advance robotic embodied intelligence by developing and training world models. This role focuses on creating algorithms that enable robots to understand their environment, interpret tasks, and communicate with humans, with a specialization in spatial reasoning and multi-modal integration for foundation models.

Develop and train world models for action-conditioned prediction and planning

Optimize and deploy models as production-grade solutions
