Applied AI Research Engineer

You will bridge the gap between research and production, developing systems for information retrieval, knowledge representation, and evaluation science. • Design and build grounding systems connecting agent reasoning to enterprise data
• Build and optimize retrieval pipelines (RAG, hybrid search)
• Define data representation strategies for heterogeneous data
• Create evaluation frameworks and automated benchmarks
• Convert research findings into production systems
• Establish quality metrics and feedback loops for agent correctness
