Blackstone is seeking an AI Engineer to join their Data Analytics & AI team. This role focuses on accelerating AI adoption by working closely with business units to understand workflows and implement AI solutions. You will develop and maintain production software, build applied AI solutions, and promote AI literacy within the firm.

What we are looking for

Embed with business units to understand and improve workflows
Translate business needs into AI solutions and a prioritized pipeline
Develop and maintain production software using Python, SQL, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD
Build and scale applied AI solutions like agentic workflows and retrieval pipelines
Promote AI adoption through training and support
Collaborate with business and technical teams to transition POCs to production
