Senior Associate - AI - ML Engineer

As an AI Platform Lead Engineer, you will build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable systems that power AI and machine learning applications. You will deploy and manage AI systems in cloud environments, integrate AI applications into enterprise systems, and ensure ML models are production-ready with a focus on scalability, optimization, and security.

• Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and LLM fine-tuning
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines integrating vector databases with LLMs
• Develop and optimize prompting strategies for LLM accuracy and performance
• Customize and fine-tune foundation models using SFT, RLHF, LoRA, and QLoRA
• Implement rigorous model evaluation frameworks and comprehensive observability systems
• Design and deploy production-grade AI agents and integrate multi-modal AI capabilities
