Senior AI Engineer

Accordion is seeking experienced AI Engineers to join their AI Lab to design and build agentic-AI solutions for financial consulting. This hands-on role involves developing RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and production-grade tools to automate financial workflows for private equity clients. You will work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment across multiple US office locations.

• Design and build multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines
• Automate financial workflows for PE-backed portfolio companies
• Own the full stack from prompt engineering to deployment and monitoring
• Practice eval-driven development
• Translate ambiguous client problems into engineering requirements
• Build observability and evaluation infrastructure
