Computational Biologist, Synthetic Spatial Omics

Biohub is seeking a Computational Biologist to develop and apply computational methods for imaging-based multi-omics datasets. This role involves uncovering relationships between molecular state, cellular morphology, and tissue context in immune cells to design better cell therapeutic approaches. You will collaborate closely with experimental scientists to drive projects from planning through biological interpretation and publication.

• Lead computational analysis of multiplexed imaging and spatial omics datasets
• Develop novel computational and machine-learning approaches for biological interpretation
• Build models to predict molecular states and functional outcomes from imaging data
• Collaborate with experimental scientists to design studies and improve workflows
• Develop robust, reproducible, and scalable analysis pipelines
• Contribute to publications and open science practices
