Staff Bioinformatics Scientist

Lead the development and application of machine learning and bioinformatics for next-generation sequencing products. This senior role involves technical leadership in R&D, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze complex biological data and translate genomic insights into products. You will design and implement algorithms, optimize models, and work within cloud environments.

• Lead development of ML and statistical models for NGS/genomics data
• Design and implement bioinformatics algorithms for assay development
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists on experiment design and interpretation
• Apply rigorous statistical and computational methods for assay performance evaluation
• Develop reproducible analysis workflows using modern bioinformatics and data science practices
• Work in cloud computing environments for large-scale sequencing data analysis
