Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Verification and Validation Engineer

Join Penn State's Applied Research Laboratory as an AI/ML Verification and Validation Engineer. You will focus on curating and validating classified multi-modal datasets to ensure the success of AI/ML models in operational environments. This role involves hands-on work with diverse data types and developing robust data pipelines and quality assurance processes.

• Label, annotate, and curate multi-modal datasets
• Design and implement data pipelines for ingestion and quality control
• Develop and maintain annotation standards and data governance processes
• Conduct IV&V of datasets and model outputs
• Collaborate with research scientists and algorithm developers
• Employ Python, SQL, and annotation platforms

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
