R&D Scientist

Join our R&D team in Vilnius to develop innovative cell therapy products. You will work with international teams, design and conduct experiments in cell biology and immunology, and validate assays. This role requires a Master's degree and experience in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and immunoassays.

• Develop tools and methods for cell therapy product functionality and quality analysis
• Design and perform research experiments independently
• Document results and present findings to peers and stakeholders
• Validate immunoassays and bioassays
• MSc in life sciences with mammalian cell culture and flow cytometry experience
