AI Engineer

Corebridge Financial is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions, including agentic AI workflows and scalable ML models. This role involves developing intelligent agents using foundation models to automate business processes and enhance decision-making, with opportunities to manage and mentor a team.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models
• Fine-tune underlying models including reasoning chains and agent architectures
• Develop and orchestrate multi-step AI agents for reasoning and workflow execution
• Build agentic workflows leveraging foundation models
• Test AI agents against enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
• Manage and mentor a team of Data Scientists
