Lila Sciences is seeking a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their Applied AI team. You will focus on improving AI models for customer-specific scientific needs, bridging the gap between frontier model capabilities and reliable production systems. This role involves training, evaluating, and deploying ML models, collaborating with research and software teams to translate scientific discoveries into usable product features.

• Improve AI models for customer-specific scientific needs
