Staff Data Scientist

Jerry.ai is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join their central Data Science & Analytics team, embedded within a core business area like growth, product, or AI. You will own the analytical function end-to-end, defining problems, surfacing insights, and driving decisions to help scale the company from 5M to 50M customers.

• Define and solve ambiguous business problems using first principles thinking
• Conduct analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights
• Drive outcomes by influencing decisions with clear, persuasive communication
• Own the analytical function for a business unit end-to-end
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
