Machine Learning Engineer, AI Safety

NVIDIA is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to focus on AI safety for their generative language models. You will develop datasets and models for content safety, bias mitigation, and robustness, while also contributing to MLOps platforms and safety tools. This role involves assessing and improving the safety and inclusivity of LLMs in a scalable manner.

• Develop datasets and models for Content Safety, ProdSec, Robustness, and ML Fairness
• Research and implement techniques for bias detection and mitigation in LLMs
• Define and track key metrics for responsible LLM behavior
• Contribute to MLOps platform and develop safety tools
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and researchers
• Minimum 2+ years of ML model development and deployment experience
