Senior Machine Learning Systems Engineer, Ads ML Experience Platform

Reddit is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Systems Engineer to build the next generation of ML research tools and agentic AI platforms. You will focus on accelerating the ML lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment and autonomous operations, by developing scalable platform services and developer-centric tooling. This role involves designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems for ML experimentation, training orchestration, and agentic AI execution.

• Design and build large-scale offline ML experimentation platforms
• Develop production-grade training orchestration frameworks
• Build infrastructure for experiment tracking, metadata management, and lineage
• Design and build an agentic AI execution platform
• 5+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering or large-scale distributed systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production ML infrastructure
