Staff Machine Learning Engineer – (ADAS/Autonomous Driving)

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the integration and productization of advanced perception models for ADAS and autonomous driving systems. This role involves optimizing ML models for automotive hardware, building scalable deployment pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver safety-compliant solutions.

• Integrate and productize perception models (camera, LiDAR) into production software stack
• Optimize inference pipelines using CUDA, TensorRT, and mixed-precision for real-time performance
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for deployment, verification, and KPI reporting
• Automate data recording, evaluation frameworks, and regression testing
• Collaborate with ML researchers, software engineers, and OEM partners
• Implement runtime performance metrics, logging, and error reporting for reliability
