Data Scientist, Specialist

Vanguard is seeking a Data Scientist to build and enhance AI-powered Digital Twins that simulate customer behavior. You will lead AI initiatives to improve simulation fidelity and predictive accuracy, applying behavioral science and marketing analytics to develop human-centered AI models. This role involves developing LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data science solutions.

• Build and enhance AI-powered Digital Twins simulating customer behavior
• Lead AI initiatives to improve simulation fidelity and predictive accuracy
• Apply behavioral science and marketing analytics to human-centered AI models
• Develop LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, UX Research, and Technology teams
• Minimum five years of experience in Data Science or related quantitative field
