About this role
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Research Engineer to support the development of systems and probes for research and clinical applications. This role involves all development phases, from design and prototyping to validation and maintenance, with a focus on biomedical optics. You will contribute to multiple projects, assisting in the design and fabrication of mechanical and electronic components, documenting manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting existing systems.
What we are looking for
6- Support development of systems and probes for research and clinical applications
- Involvement in design, prototyping, fabrication, validation, and maintenance
- Experience with biomedical optics highly desired
- Assist in design and fabrication of mechanical and electronic components
- Troubleshoot performance of existing systems
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
