Senior Manager, Scientific AI Engineer

Pfizer Oncology is building an AI-first R&D engine and seeking a Scientific AI Engineer to design and build AI solutions that directly impact medicine discovery and development. This role blends deep scientific understanding with hands-on AI engineering to translate complex biological and clinical questions into applied AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and prototype AI/ML solutions for Oncology R&D challenges
• Apply advanced ML methods to multimodal life sciences data
• Own AI solutions end-to-end, from problem framing to user outputs
• Collaborate with scientists and clinicians to ensure scientific rigor
• Rapidly iterate on prototypes based on user feedback
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
