Sensory Analyst

IFF is seeking a Sensory Analyst to join their Flavors Sensory department in Haverhill, UK. This on-site role involves preparing and managing sensory panels, evaluating flavor samples, maintaining laboratory records, and adhering to GMP standards. The position offers exposure to flavor evaluation and laboratory processes within a global flavor business.

• Prepare and manage daily sensory panels
• Evaluate flavor samples against quality standards
• Maintain laboratory records and sensory documentation
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related
• Experience in a food laboratory environment
