About this role

Roche is seeking a senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operate robust AI solutions across Pharma Technical Operations. This hands-on role involves end-to-end ownership of AI delivery, from solution architecture and data pipelines to machine learning, GenAI systems, and production operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into scalable, compliant, and measurable AI-enabled products.

What we are looking for

End-to-end AI solution delivery ownership
Design scalable AI application architectures including GenAI and agentic workflows
Develop AI evaluation frameworks and harnesses for models and agents
Ensure production performance, reliability, and compliance of AI systems
Strong technical expertise in ML, LLMs, RAG, Python, and cloud platforms
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices
