Merchandise Planner

Fabletics is seeking a Merchandise Planner for their Women's division to manage OTB planning, inventory, and performance reporting for the ecommerce channel. This role involves detailed planning, KPI analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize inventory.

• Develop and maintain merchandise plans for multiple product categories
• Manage financial success by meeting sales goals and maintaining healthy inventory levels
• Analyze sales results and forecast in-season sales and inventory
• Quantify risks and opportunities and make recommendations
• Develop promotional strategies to optimize inventory productivity
• Create category level hindsight reports for strategic assortment decisions
