Senior Data Scientist

Clera is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our early-stage AI/ML team in Berlin. You will build data-driven solutions for retail supply chains, transforming ambiguous problems into production-ready work. This role is ideal for a technically strong, quantitatively minded builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has daily experience with AI coding tools.

• Develop and deploy ML/data science solutions for operational problems
• Build forecasting, optimization, or quantitative models with complex data
• Utilize agentic AI coding tools daily
• Experience as an early startup hire in a zero-to-one environment
• Production-focused technical skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
