• Own technical strategy and roadmap for AI4DD engineering
• Lead ML Engineering and Infrastructure team
• Oversee Data Engineering and Product Engineering teams
• Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering team
• Collaborate with AI/ML Research Scientists and therapeutic area leads
• At least 10 years of experience in software, data, or ML engineering
