Senior ML Engineer, Biologics Discovery - ES

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join their Biologics Discovery Data Science team in Madrid, Spain. This role focuses on building and operating the integration, deployment, lifecycle management, and governance of ML models and AI solutions within Biologics Discovery environments, bridging the gap between data and operational models.

• Build and operate scalable pipelines for model-ready data delivery
• Enable closed-loop scientific learning with data governance
• Establish reliable operational capabilities for model deployment and lifecycle management
• Implement model, data, and workflow versioning with reproducible releases
• Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting for ML workflows
• Develop automated workflows for testing, release management, and operational excellence
