About this role
Join Motional's ML Acceleration team as a Machine Learning Systems Engineer to build and optimize core systems for large-scale model training. You will focus on enhancing speed, cost, reliability, and throughput, working at the intersection of ML research and high-performance systems engineering.
What we are looking for
6- Optimize performance profiling and identify bottlenecks
- Enhance distributed training pipelines with PyTorch Distributed
- Develop high-performance GPU kernels in Triton or CUDA
- Engineer robust data loading pipelines for maximum throughput
- Strong Python and PyTorch experience required
