Senior AI Engineer – LLM, RAG

Bright.AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. This role involves building intelligent assistants that use large language models and real-world data to help technicians troubleshoot complex industrial issues. You will work on integrating NLP, foundational models, and real-time information systems to create conversational guidance for physical world applications.

• Lead RAG system architecture and development combining LLMs with external data
• Develop AI assistants for industrial troubleshooting and anomaly resolution
• Build pipelines for ingesting and indexing large document corpora for semantic search
• Customize and fine-tune foundational models for domain-specific industrial scenarios
• Collaborate with product, data, and cloud teams on scalable LLM applications
• Design evaluation strategies for RAG system performance and user experience
