Senior Staff Data Scientist - Consumer Relevance

Reddit is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead efforts in measuring and improving content relevance across their platform. You will partner with ML teams to tackle complex ranking and recommendation challenges, define evaluation metrics, and influence product strategy through rigorous analysis and experimentation. • Technical authority on relevance metrics and evaluation methodology
