About this role
As the founding Machine Learning Engineer at an early-stage AI startup, you will establish and lead the ML function from inception. You will architect and implement core agent systems, define technical roadmaps, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI development and team growth.
What we are looking for
6- Build ML function from the ground up
- Shape post-training and agent systems
- Design and implement evaluations and benchmarks
- Build reliable agent environments and infrastructure
- Set ML roadmap priorities and lead technical direction
- 3+ years of ML engineering experience delivering production systems
