Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to develop and deploy novel ML/AI models for customer experience solutions. You will research, prototype, and implement state-of-the-art NLP/ML models for use cases like intent detection and chatbots, collaborating with engineers and product managers to translate research into impactful products.

• Research, prototype, and develop state-of-the-art NLP/ML models
• Design and execute rigorous experiments and evaluations
• Work closely with ML Engineers to productionize ML solutions
• Analyze large, multi-lingual customer interaction datasets
• Mentor junior scientists and grow the ML research culture
• Stay up to date with recent literature in ML and NLP
