Research Associate II, Structural & Cellular Biology (Proteomics & CryoET)

Biohub is seeking a Research Associate II to support structural and cellular biology programs, focusing on proteomics and cryo-electron tomography. This hands-on bench role involves maintaining and engineering cell lines, optimizing sample preparation, and implementing advanced imaging techniques to map protein interactions and cellular architecture. The position is ideal for experimentalists eager to contribute to disease research in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Maintain and engineer human iPSC and mammalian cell lines
• Prepare samples for proteomics assays and cryoET experiments
• Perform cryo FIB milling and assist with cryoET data collection
• Collaborate to improve assay throughput and scalability
• Contribute to publications and scientific presentations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related scientific discipline
