Scientist I, Analytical Development, Flow, Function and Bioanalytical Assays

Legend Biotech is seeking a Scientist II to join their Analytical Development team in Somerset, NJ. This role focuses on developing and qualifying flow cytometry and bioanalytical methods to support cell therapy products. The position involves assay development, optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and optimize flow cytometry, cell-based potency, and bioanalytical assays
• Develop and qualify analytical methods for LVV characterization
• Perform tech transfer of methods to QC and execute assays
• Generate SOPs and laboratory protocols
• Collaborate with PD, QC, and Manufacturing teams
• Present scientific data internally and externally
