Sr Scientist

Gilead Sciences is seeking a Senior Scientist to join their HIV Clinical Virology team. This role focuses on characterizing novel therapeutics for HIV treatment and prevention through in vitro assays, translational models, and clinical study support. The scientist will design and execute experiments, manage data, and contribute to regulatory documents and publications.

• Characterize in vitro resistance profile of antiviral drugs
• Monitor emergence and characterize drug resistance in patient samples
• Develop and implement virology assays for clinical studies
• Analyze data and write regulatory documents
• Present findings at conferences and author publications
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams
