People Research Scientist

OpenAI is seeking a People Research Scientist to join their People Analytics team. This role involves designing studies, evaluating people processes, and empowering employees through evidence-based talent decisions. You will lead research initiatives, develop scalable people science infrastructure, and communicate findings to senior leaders.

• Design research and evaluation strategies for recruiting, organizational health, and employee experience
• Apply advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and research methods
• Partner with People Operations and data engineering teams
• Build scalable people science infrastructure and self-service tools
• Develop research playbooks for rigorous standards
• Communicate findings through concise, executive-ready narratives
