Manager Data Science

Lead teams building AI and data science strategy to drive impact across products and business outcomes. You will guide the full lifecycle of AI systems, from experimentation to production, while aligning work to product goals and customer needs. Influence senior stakeholders and shape roadmaps to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Set AI and data science strategy across ML, NLP, search, recommendation, experimentation, and generative AI
• Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching talent and fostering scientific rigor
• Deliver advanced AI and knowledge-discovery systems across the full lifecycle, including LLMs, RAG, and search
• Drive evaluation and AI quality by establishing robust frameworks and metrics
• Influence across product, technology, and business by partnering with cross-functional leaders
• Significant experience in data science, AI/ML, NLP, information retrieval, statistics, or a related quantitative field
