ML Engineer (Computer Vision & VLM)

Orcrist is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and productionize computer vision and visual language models for intelligence and public safety applications. You will train, fine-tune, and optimize state-of-the-art models for real-world use cases, working with large-scale visual and geospatial data. This hands-on role requires strong engineering skills and a passion for applying AI to complex problems.

• Develop, train, and fine-tune computer vision and visual language models
• Work on object recognition, detection, classification, and identification
• Build data pipelines and workflows for large-scale visual and geospatial datasets
• Experiment with state-of-the-art models and productionize them
• Collaborate with engineers and technical leadership on key initiatives
• Requires eligibility to work full-time in Germany and undergo security clearance
