Postdoctoral Fellow - Agentic AI Solutions and SciML

Lilly is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to join their Digital Transformation and Data Science team within the Delivery, Devices, and Connected Solutions organization. This role will focus on translating machine learning, AI, and scientific computing concepts into practical tools and agentic systems to enhance speed, productivity, and decision-making in drug delivery development. You will develop AI-enabled applications, knowledge extraction tools, and MLOps practices, collaborating with diverse scientific and engineering teams.

• Develop AI-enabled applications and workflows for decision support
• Build agentic scientific AI systems for knowledge extraction
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop patterns for AI agents
• Contribute to data and AI strategy for digital transformation
• Champion software engineering best practices including CI/CD and MLOps
• Collaborate with drug delivery scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
