Agentic AI Engineer)

Catapult Sports is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build the core AI layer for their sports performance technology platform. You will design and develop specialist AI agents, a workflow engine to encode domain expertise, and a decision intelligence layer to provide trustworthy, calibrated recommendations to coaches and athletes. This role focuses on creating production-ready agentic systems with memory, tool use, and multi-step reasoning capabilities.

• Design and build specialist AI agents for athlete performance analysis
• Develop workflow engine to encode domain scientist expertise into agent skills
• Architect decision intelligence layer for trustworthy, calibrated recommendations
• Build multi-agent systems that synthesize findings for complex questions
• Ship production agentic AI systems with memory, tool use, and multi-step reasoning
• Ensure human escalation is a first-class architectural principle
