Principal AI/ML Engineer

As a Principal AI/ML Engineer, you will define and build the AI layer for a groundbreaking health platform, transforming biosensor data into personalized, conversational insights. You will set the architecture, evaluation standards, and guardrail policy for agentic and LLM-based features, acting as the technical lead for the AI engineering team. This is a hands-on, founding role with direct influence on the team's direction and future hires.

• Define technical vision and architecture for agentic and LLM-based features
• Design and build agents for actionable user insights
• Own agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and retrieval patterns
• Establish guardrails for AI responses within regulatory claims
• Build evaluation frameworks with clinically grounded test sets
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI engineering team
